Description
This set comprises fifteen instruments, one packet of hare lip pins with ring heads, one packet of needles and three hooks on a chain. It is packed in a wooden case with compartments.

It belonged to Dr William Robert Fox of North Fitzroy. He completed fifth year medicine at Melbourne Medical School, but graduated from the University of Edinburgh RCPRCS in 1883. He returned to practise in Melbourne in 1884 and was one of the pioneers of radiology here.
