Description
Plaster model of brain section, larger than life size, mounted on a black wooden board. The model was produced by Jules Talriche, a Parisian anatomical model maker active in the second half of the 19th century. An original cardboard label describes the model (in French) as, 'Median and vertical anteroposterior section of the brain, internal surface of the left hemisphere, showing the tree of life of the middle lobe of the cerebellum, etc.'
