Description
Potted specimen of a western pygmy possum (Cercartetus concinnus). The specimen is preserved in fluid and contained in a rectangular, glass battery jar. The Western pygmy possum is a very small marsupial endemic to semi-arid woodland habitats in southwest Australia.
