Description
Corrosion cast of the renal pelvis showing the major and minor calyces in green resin. Made at the University of Melbourne in 1961, by Dr. P. J. Phillips. Corrosion casts are made by injecting a liquid resin into the internal cavities of an organ and then destroying the tissue after the resin has set.
