Description
Plastic model of hip joint made to promote Indocid a trade name for Indomethacin. All of the elements of the model can be disassembled. Indomethacin is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug commonly used as a prescription medication to reduce fever, pain, stiffness, and swelling from inflammation. It was patented in 1961, approved for medical use in 1963 and is on the World Health Organization's List of Essential Medicines.
