Description
Automatic fly trap machine by Owari Tokei Kaushiki Kwaisha. Consists of cranked cogs which turn wooden blocks. Flies are attracted through blocks by syrup and enter wire cage at top. It is missing its discarding panel (sits at back of cage) to empty out dead flies, and cranking key.

History of Object

Probably used in hospital wards, etc. College of Pharmacy collection.
