Letter to the Crown Law Officers addressing the case of W.H. Jackson, recently committed for trail on a charge of manslaugher. Neild writes in his capacity as Honorary Secretary of the Medical Society of Victoria, appealing for the need to send the Solicitor General a deputation to explain the case.
