Commemorative envelope with five stamps affixed across the top. Each stamp is a black and white portrait of a leading Australian medical practitioner:

Victor Chang AC (Cardiac Surgeon)
Dame Kate Campbell (Paediatrician)
Jane Stocks Greig (Public Health Specialist)

Printed in black ink three times over postage stamps is a black stamp with the outline of a stethoscope and the text "First day of issue 10 April 2012 Healesville VIC 3777". A blue printed design is on the left side of the envelope. The verso of the envelope has a printed biographical summary of each medical practitioner and design and photographic acknowledgements. Adjacent to this is a space to write the sender's name and address details.
