This report is a small four page typewritten booklet held together by one staple and filled in by hand by Gwen's teacher. On the first page there is notes to the parents and a key for the letter grading system. The rest of the pages are taken up with Gwen's grades and comments from the teachers for each term. Each term is signed by the teacher, the principal and Gwen's parent.
