Description
This small book has a black leather cover with a gold embossed title and borders, and the edges of the pages are red. The certificates are typewritten and filled in by hand. The page for "9. - Certificate of Materia and Practical Pharmacy" has a metal pin that is pinned through the paper to hold a small piece of plant in place. The plant has four small rounded leaves. The book is held together by four stitches in the spine.
