Peel - "Well, here is something that will cure you in an instant.

Sir Robert Peel, speaking in the house of commons, developed his views on Ireland, and suggested a plan for the redemption of landed property in that country in 1849.

On the verso of the sheet is a cartoon entitled 'The Church Mouse. (after Sir Joshua Reynolds "Muscipula.")
