Greetings from the UK. These bottles were still around in WW1 as I found several identical ones (no labels but still had contents) on a shipwreck sunk in 1917 off the Isle of Wight UK. I also found remains of a wooden box marked '24 bottles Morton's Castor Oil' The bottles were part of a general cargo being shipped out to Ceylon and India. Hope that is useful. Kind regards, Martin
