Metal diploma case, rectangular in shape with a semi circular dome at the top, and with a coat of arms painted on it. Containing a removable seal in a metal cover with ribbon attached. No diploma inside but a card inscribed "Dr. C. H. Mollison. Diploma case." Likely pertaining to Dr Crawford Henry Mollison.
