Orthodontic materials and instruments

The materials consist of bands in three paper envelopes, soldering needles in paper envelope, Dr. Terrill's "stress breaker" wire gauge in paper envelope, four small square boxes of band material, a ribbon arch wrench, and a band driver. These are all housed in a cardboard box.
