Description
Plaster model of an oversized shark brain manufactured by Deyrolle of Paris. The species is described as 'Scyllium canicula', a now superceded name for the small-spotted catshark. Part of a comparative set of eight models, comprising brains of a frog, ammocoete (lamprey larva), alligator, shark, rabbit, dog, trout, and pigeon.
