Plaster model of an oversized pigeon brain manufactured by Deyrolle of Paris. The species is described as 'Columba livia', the comon pigeon. Part of a comparative set of eight models, comprising brains of a frog, ammocoete (lamprey larva), alligator, shark, rabbit, dog, trout, and pigeon.
