Description
Spencer Bright Line haemocytometer (for blood count). Inside case lid labelled Ramsay (Surgical Swanston St, Melbourne). The set includes: a haemocytometer slide/counting plate, two glass pipettes with a bulb in the straight calibrated length, two coverslips, 'Greens' lens tissue and a needle. The case is covered in red vinyl and has a silver label embossed on the exterior of the lid: "SPENCER / BRIGHT LINE / HAEMACYTOMETER". It has brass hinges and two front fastenings, and a fitted interior lined with red velveteen material. The outside lid of the case has a plaster label with :"B. Vanrenan" in black ink. Made in the United States of America.
