Description
Roll of several metres of cotton wick material used in bunsen burners. In a paper postage envelope (jiffy bag) with the following information scrawled on it "WICK for Bunsen Burner" and F.P.H. [Frances Perry House] 11th floor". The postage label has the date 05/07/88. Bunsen burners were used extensivley for sterilising needles, dissolving heroin tablets and with haemoglobinometers.
