Penlon Infant Rescusitator brochure

Date
Circa 1980
Description
An incomplete Penlon Infant Rescusitator in a custom made wooden box (probably made by RWH Engineering Dept) was held in the collection until 2017 but was not retained as too many components were missing. One unit was bought for every postnatal and labour ward at the insistence of Paediatrician Dr Rex Betheras possibly early 1980s (or earlier). Box contained the instructions leaflet which has been retained.

The leaflet is titled "PENLON: THE CARDIFF INFANT INFLATING BAG / publication no 125 July 1973"; a four page leaflet produced by Penlon Ltd, Abingdon, OX14 3 PH England, Telephone, Abingdon 982
