Bradma plate embosser

 Description
Bradma plate embosser used with plastic plates to stamp patient notes with patients' details. Roughly engraved "No 2/ RWH". Date of use unknown, but certainly in use c.1969 - 1982. When new adhesive labels for patient records were needed in wards, they were obtained from Admissions and Discharge Dept. Made by Farrington.
