Description
Decorative lidded soup tureen, with three handles, one on either side of tureen and one on the lid. There is a cut-away section on the lid to accommodate the ladle. The tureen features an incised pattern around the borders and on the handles. Made of electro-plated nickel silver. The following details are stamped on the under-side of the tureen base: "EPL-NS HECWORTH". Heckworth Plate was made by Platers Pty Ltd at 39 Greeves St, St Kilda, Melbourne, Australia.
