Brass plaque screwed to a wooden support engraved with the following text in black paint: "To commemorate the / services rendered in / the erection of this block / by Mrs Herbert Brookes / Mr. H. Pride / and Mr. F. W. Kerr / 1937". This plaque was mounted in the lift/stair foyer on the ground floor of the Services Block (Carlton).
