Description
Silver plated tray presented to Mrs A. E. (Mavis) Prytz in 1965. The tray is circular with a raised edge and decorative border. In the centre it is engraved: "PRESENTED BY / THE MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF MANAGEMENT / OF / THE ROYAL WOMEN'S HOSPITAL / TO / MRS A. E. PRYTZ / IN RECOGNITION OF HER SERVICES / AS / PRESIDENT / 1962 - 1965". Surrounding this are engraved the signatures of the Board members and senior staff: D.P. Baer, Margaret A Black, Yvonne E Bowden, Ivy Brookes, Mabel Coles, Evelyn M Cornfoot, A M Corr, Elvie Curtis, James G Gillespie, D F Lawson, Gordon Leckie, Mollie Selleck, Kilpatrick, Joan P Rodd, Lance Townsend, K A Syme, Peg Wilks, H Wexler, Myles Wright, J C Laver, A J Cunningham. Stamped on base underside: "Old Sheffield / Reproduction / Strachan".
