Description
Striped blue and white, short sleeve A-line dress with shirt collar, pale blue bias around collar edge and sleeves, front opening button down to hemline (buttons missing) with two pockets, one either side of the front panels and matching belt. The dress has a woven white cotton label with blue thread attached to the inside back collar. The label reads:"ROYAL WOMEN'S HOSPTIAL XW". In black ink on a separate label: "X546".
* According to notes from Margaret Mabbitt the dress was worn by student nursing aidesduring the 1950s, 60s, 70s.
