Description
Red wool cape, unlined, with collar and hook and eye at neck to secure the cape. There are three woven labels sewn on to the back seam of the cape: "MSN", "J. Headley" and "Pure Wool". There is also a manufacturer’s label. The garment was made by Ball and Welch, Ltd, Melbourne.
