Description
Wooden hinged box with one swing metal clasp. Box contains forty microscopic glass slides. Subject of the slides is described on the label affixed on the top of the box as "Histology and Embryology / Demonstration / Box". Slides sit inside the box horizontally within metal sections. Most slides have affixed paper labels with a typed "Oral Histology Dental School" and then handwritten descriptions of the slides subject and number. On the verso of the lid there is a 1-24 listing of the subject of each slide.
