Aluminium plaque with black text. Text reads: "NORTH ESSENDON AND / KEILOR AUXILIARY BED". Noted on back: "Ward 51 / Bed 2". Ward 51 was an ante-and post-natal ward on the 5th floor of the 3AW Block.
