Description
Large brass plaque acknowledging the donation and endowment of Sir Charles and Mr Ernest Connibere towards the building of the Pathological building. The text on the plaque is in relief and contains the following dedication: "THIS PATHOLOGICAL BUILDING / WAS ERECTED BY / SIR CHARLES CONNIBERE K.B.E. / TO COMMEMORATE THE JUBILEE OF / HIS MAJESTY KING GEORGE V. / 6 MAY 1935. / THE BUILDING IS ENDOWED WITH £20,000. / DONATED BY / SIR CHARLES & MR.ERNEST CONNIBERE / AND IS DEVOTED TO WORK CONNECTED / WITH MATERNAL AND INFANT WELFARE.
