Manila University of Melbourne envelope, addressed to Mr B. Thompson, containing the programme for the Seminar on the History of Medicine, 13-15 April 1967, signed on the front inside cover by 11 delegates, and contains an invitation for Barrie Thompson to the Official Opening of the Department of Medical History, 13 April 1967, stuck to the back inside cover.
Newspaper clippings from the Australian Medical Journal about the opening of the Department of Medical History and a parking slip. The first article is entitled 'Melbourne Steals A Cultural March' from The Medical Journal of Australia, 6 May 1967. Second newspaper clipping 'University of Melbourne: Seminar on the History of Medicine', contains two photos, one of the reading room, the second a view of the Museum. Parking slip, white paper with black text, providing admittance for the seminar.
