Edited by Dr Henry Robinson, M.A., M.D, (1877 - 1960) a medical practitioner and politician in the Kensington area of London. District Medical Officer to the London County Council and the metropolitan Water board.
After the Second Boer War he completed his training in Medicine at St.George's Hospital London, and graduated M.B., B.Chir in 1903. Five years later he proceeded to M.D. After house appointments at St. George's, at Great Ormond Street as late resident Obstetric Officer, and The Royal Cancer Hospital he settled into practice in Kensignton in 1907.
