They bristled at the thought, but Rob and Doug knew they were going to need a grinder to extract this old molar.

Description
The artist, Tinky uses vintage, oversized or discarded objects in her miniature dioramas, so that each scene has a comedic undertone, exaggerates a message, or emphasises playful folly. In this piece two construction workers are contemplating how to remove a gigantic"old molar". This play on the dynamics of extraction also reminds us of an archaeological dig, a journey of discovery.

Tinky’s miniature artworks are accompanied by witty captions that crystallise the dynamics of the scene.
