Description
Disarticulated skull and mandible of a long-tailed vole (Microtus longicaudus). Stored in a cardboard matchbox. Collected by Canadian naturalist Kenneth Racey at Mt. Seymour, British Columbia in 1922. The original label describes this animal as the "Cantankerous Vole".
