Degree of Doctor of Medicine certificate awarded to Dr. Nigel McMillan by the University of Glasgow on 9 April 1840. The certificate was entirely handwritten and has the slits which would have held a metal seal hanging from the bottom of the certificate. The certificate is written in Latin. The paper seal is dated 25 September 1839.
