Illuminated Address to the Honourable Duncan Gillies, Premier of the Colony of Victoria from the Intercolonial Medical Congress of Australasia. The Illuminated Address has a black leather and gilt inscribed cover, with a black, red, blue and gold calligraphic address, and blue silk-satin lining.
