Illuminated address presented to Dr Kate Campbell (1899-1986) on the occasion of her being made a Dame of the Civil Division of the Order of the British Empire in 1971, and signed by Her Royal Highness Queen Elizabeth the Second (II). Dr Campbell was a University of Melbourne graduate who completed her medical degree in 1924. Dr Campbell was a world wide specialist in children's diseases. She worked as a neo natal paediatrics lecturer at the Department of Obstetrics at the University of Melbourne and a paediatrician at the Royal Women's Hospital.
