Illuminated Address to Dr. John Thomson from Closeburn Hospital, Windsor, on the occasion of his retirement from the Hospital' sBoard of Management and to commemorate his service of nearly forty years with Closeburn Hospital, on 20 September 1907. Black leather and gilt-inscribed cover, with hand-painted, multi-coloured address, with black, gold, maroon and brown calligraphy; also maroon damask lining.
