Description
black leatherette case. Purple satin lid lining pulls forward to reveal cleaning marks. Syringe is housed in purple velvet lined compartment. Needle compartments (2) are empty. Barrel of syringe is glass with black "ebonite" ends, and plunger is metal with engraved "measures": "1-10". Barrel has metal cross-bar handles.
