Handwritten client entries are dated over 1885-1886, and arranged as two columns for each page. An 1883 calender is adhered inside the front cover. Undated entries on back of front flyleaf, handwritten for 'Dr. Jordans Cough Mixt.', 'Mr Shepherd's Cough Mixt.', 'Mr. Jopling', 'Hair Wash', 'Liquid Blister (J. Stewart Wychetella)', and printed for 'Asthmatic Recipe.' Overwritten with ink notations.
