Description
Captain Marshall made this 'Ivory' type matrix retainer while he was a prisoner of war of the Japanese during World War Two. The design is based on an original by Ivory, the USA manufacturers of dental equipment. Marshall would have been familiar with the design through previous use in his work as a dentist.
