Description
This is a typical two-claw dental extracting key with an ivory handle. The key has a highly polished steel body with beautifully finished claws. It has sharp angles on the shank, with a hole through the body 6.5 cm and 1.0 mm in diameter with a concealed spring. The knob can be withdrawn to make quick changes of claws. The anvil is held by a screw. This is a precision instrument. The drilling of the 1.0 mm hole would present problems today.
