Full upper and lower dentures

Description
Attached by a left-hand spring and swivel in low-grade gold alloy. The upper and lower anterior teeth are metal-backed (with Steele's facings) and soldered to the base. The posterior teeth are carved from ivory as blocks of four teeth; these are riveted to the base by posts. Not pure teeth.
