Williams freezing microtome

Description
This microtome used ice and salt as refrigerant. This is a heavily modified version, not very efficient and soon discarded.
The specimen stand fits into the central hole. The knife (missing) is held in the brass D-shaped frame. The level of cutting is adjusted bythe screw on the curve of the D.
