Description
Captain Marshall cast this aluminium denture while he was a prisoner of war in Ambon, Indonesia, during World War Two. The aluminium was salvaged from army water bottles and scrap plane metal. The denture replaces the upper teeth except for two 8s (eights), and shows wear on the oeclusal surfaces and evidence of sand casting.
